Who is responsible

Torchyan, led by Stepan Torchyan in Yerevan, Armenia, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

We collect the name, work email and message you submit, plus any optional details you provide, such as your company, website or product link, project type and timeline.

Standard technical data needed to deliver the website, such as your browser type and the pages requested.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to take the steps you ask for before any agreement. Your details are not used for marketing and are not sold.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics measures visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies, and visitors are identified only by a temporary hash that is discarded after 24 hours. The site does not use Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica.

Who processes it

Vercel hosts the website and provides the analytics. Resend delivers contact-form messages by email. ImprovMX forwards messages sent to hello@torchyan.design to our inbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data you sent, or object to its use, by writing to hello@torchyan.design. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
